Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the lease term?

– The available lease terms are one (1) month, three (3) months and six (6) months. All contracts are subject for renewal.

2. Is there age limit?

– Residents must at least be eighteen (18) years old.

3. What are the payment terms?

– Residents are required to one (1) month first month rent, one (1) month advance/last month rent and one (1) month security deposit. 

4. When can I move in?

 You may move in 3 days after submitting your complete requirements and have settled the necessary payments.

5. What is the mode of payment?

– Currently the only available option is thru bank deposits.

6. What safety measures are in place?

– The dorm has provided 24/7 security and CCTVs around the common areas.

7. Is there curfew?

– We do not have curfews, but everyone is expected to be respectful of the other residents at all time. The residents shall observe universal rules of ethics and behaviour.

8. Can I occupy one room for myself?

– You may occupy one (1) room for yourself but you must pay for the other beds as well. Minimum available is 4 beds per room.

9. Can I choose my room and roommate?

– Room assignments will depend on its availability.

10. Can guests visit me and stay in my room?

– Guests and visitors are not allowed to proceed beyond ground floor level to ensure that the rooms remain private areas for all the residents. Guests and visitors are allowed from 9am to 8pm only.

11. Can I smoke inside the premises?

– Smoking is not allowed within the premises. The rooms are equipped with sensitive smoke detectors
and alarms.

12. What furniture does the dorm provide?

– All rooms are furnished with beds including mattress, private bathroom, cabinets and mini
fridge.

13. May I bring additional furniture for my room?

– We have provided private cabinets for each resident. If you need more space, we have extra storage cabinets for rent. 

14. What is the arrangement for the water and electricity?

– Residents are fully responsible for their utilities. For the water, each room is provided with submeters. For electricity, each room has it’s own meter. Reading date is every 27th of the month. Billing will be based on the actual consumption of the unit.  

15. Is there air-conditioning?

– All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning units.

16. How are the comfort room and shower room arrangements?

– Each room has its own toilet and bath.

17. Who is responsible for cleaning the rooms?

– It is always the responsibility of the tenant to maintain the cleanliness of the unit and its included furnishings and appliances. Tenant may request for cleaning services for a fee.

18. Can we cook inside the unit?

– Tenants are prohibited from cooking inside the rooms. Microwave units are available for use in the pantry area located at the sixth (6TH) floor.

20. Do you have WIFI?

– WIFI is available all throughout the building. The setup is open internet. 

21. What if I lose my key card?

– Lost cards may be replaced for a fee.

22. What do I do if something is broken?

– Any defects in the building must be reported to the management immediately.

23. What can I not bring?

– The following objects or materials may not be brought to or stored in the dormitory:

  • cutting weapons, firearms or equivalent devices, materials, sprays, etc. meant for injuring or incapacitating people
  • flammable and volatile fuels, solvents, etc.
  • Illegal drugs, or any illegal items prohibited under the applicable laws

24. Are pets allowed?

– Pets are not allowed inside the premises.
